Papa John’s Pizza — Restaurant in Trinidad

Very very very disappointed, the dough tasted RAW, I paid $168.00 for a family size pizza, my extra ingredients were hamburger, pineapple and sweet peppers, the hamburger were a few a dozen, the pinaeapple you could barely taste or see if there were any and the sweet pepper were just a few slices … overall that pizza did not taste good, my 5 family members all have the same views and to me this is u acceptable compared to purchases I made in your Curepe and Mucurapo branches…. Please I would appreciate a refund or a replacement form another location….I did a call to pick up order, maybe I should have did a walk in…… this was very very very...

I ordered an extra large meats pizza $160 from the Maraval branch. When I picked it up I took slice out in the car and the toppings were just falling off. At first I didn’t understand but after getting home and taking a good look there was barely any cheese on the pizza. There was so little that the ingredients were just falling off because there’s nothing holding it together...

Ordered 2 large pizzas and got 2 mediums...Im from NYC, weve been eating Papa John's since it started and these were definately mediums stuck in large boxes. Manager claims that they didnt have large boxes so they used extra large boxes thats why the pizzas looked small. Nope...
