Bottlestop — Local services in Port of Spain

I have been going here for my breakfast at least 4 times a week, however today was horrible service, not from the bartender or waitress but the supervisor/manager. In the top 5 of worst service received thus far in Trinidad & Tobago. First I tried to call in my order for take away, no answer, fine they might have been busy. So I went there stood outside the door for almost 12 minutes. Once inside I made my order which was just 1 omelette meal.....I sat there watching multiple people who came after me get their meals and go, I sat there for over 50 minutes waiting for my meal which would take less than 15 minutes to make at home, which I suggest anyone do instead of wasting money here for bad service from the management side, sorry Joe but you need to get rid of that supervisor/manager, the bartender would make a great replacement to be honest. Went over the weekend to look for a gift for someone and had an unpleasant enough experience to write about it.

As I approached the cash register to ask a question, another member of staff came running in shouting with his mask half off towards us which startled me. Another customer came right behind him (they appeared to know each other well) with a similar entry. There was no emergency. It was followed up by loud chatting which was inconsiderate to me and the other customers in the store.

I proceeded to back away quickly and tried looking for the item I was interested in on my own. The young man working the register who i tried to talk before realized that I was clearly turned off by what happened before and came to provide assistance. At least...

Very wide selection of Liqour. Because they are not a store front for a particular set of brands, the selection is much broader than Naughty Grape. They also have a decent rewards scheme.
