The food was relatively average for the cost. It’s definitely on the expensive side as it’s located in a place where lots of tourists come through. My partner got the wrong dish than we ordered and the server didn’t offer to replace it until I prompted him. Once he confirmed with his colleagues that he could get the proper dish made, it took a long time for the food to come out and there was no apology or sense of remorse. When I was there there was a mixture of locals and tourists, of people going just for a coffee/drinks and those on the look out for a full meal.
The menus displayed outside are in Arabic, French & English. Inside I was given a menu in French, but maybe that's because I spoke to the waiter in French.

Read moreI got the Berbere breakfast, and it was tremendous value and incredibly tasty. The roasted tomato and green pepper we're both great, a tomato that actually tastes so fresh. The eggs, fries, merguez were all perfectly cooked. Add in that included a hot drink, fresh juice (sensational lemon drink), breads, oil for dipping, olives and a delicious spicy sauce on the side and it was superb for only 20 dinar.
