Awful Experience at Alle Scale

I recently visited Alle Scale and had a terrible experience that I feel compelled to share. When we arrived, the host asked if we had a reservation. We said no, and he claimed the restaurant was fully booked but then offered to "manage" a table for us. To our surprise, when we entered, the place was practically empty with only three other customers.

The service from our waiter was questionable at best. When it came time to settle the bill, which was only 130, he tried to charge us 300, clearly trying to take advantage of us as tourists. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves a bitter taste.

To top it all off, the food was poor quality. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that values...

Average overall The place is upscaled near the city center Great for a business lunch or dinner Nice atmosphere classic decor, with some extra attention needed at least for the table cloth that was torn. Food was ok but nothing exceptional about it. We ordered a pasta with octopus, honestly it was mediocre the sauce so light and watery, and barley any octopus. The grilled tuna was delicious just slightly over cooked . On the good side the grilled octopus was tender and delicious but the portion was so small. Also on the good side their tiramisu was delicious...

Faites tres attention quand vous reglez la note, etant habitue a cet etablissement par le passe on y retourne apres un an (le gerant a semble-t-il changé depuis) apres avoir réglé la note le gerant nous appelle 10min plus tard pour nous faire remarquer qu il manque une certaine somme (alors que nous avons bien compté ensemble avec un merci a la fin pour le plus qu on a laisse) etant sur que nous avons regle bien plus que la totalité nous avons tenu bon pour avoir l historique des transactions règlé par carte (historisue qu il a mis dans sa poche car il savait tres bien qu il etait dans le tort) apres 15min de perte de temps a comparer nos cartes avec l historique des transactions il s est avere qu ils etaient dans le tort, avec toute nonchalance qu il nous sort un « mrigel » sans meme s excuser, belle tentative de sa part pour arrondir la recette de la journee mais ca ne sera pas pour cette...
