SAMA Tunis — Restaurant in Tunis

I am very disappointed with how we were treated. We kept calling while standing at the door with no reply, and then the phone was disconnected. After finally reaching someone, we were told they did not know who failed to record our names but that they would check. Nobody ever got back to us.

The security refused to let us in, claimed they had no contact with management, and said they only receive a list. They also refused to contact anyone to confirm our reservation. Meanwhile, everyone who arrived after us was admitted without issue.

When we reached out on Instagram, the only reply was that the issue had been raised to the relevant team, but there was no follow-up or accountability. This is completely unprofessional and shows they do not care about their customers.

This restaurant is located on the 7th floor of Le Pacha Hotel and is a very popular spot for locals and travellers. Sometimes, it is important to make a reservation in advance, though if you're lucky, you may just do a walk-in.

What a scam ! We decided to go have lunch with friends on a Sunday . We entered the restaurant we had been sited and gave menu. While reading the menu a guy came from no where asking us if we had a booking and explaining that the restaurant is for brunch and fully booked. Important info it was 2pm and the restaurant was completely empty (zero customer) and no brunch planned.
