Billionaire — Restaurant in Tunis

It's too tight. All the tables are just too close to one another. There is no dance floor. It's a little odd for a club. You just dance at your table thats already too tight just for sitting. A server put popcorn on our table, which we did not order, and considering we spent 1000 tunisian dinars for the table and bottle, I honestly thought it was complimentary (I actually thought, how nice, since people are forced buy bottles and are drinking, it's something to help soak up the alcohol) and then came the $20 bill for the popcorn that I did not ask for. Insane. FOR POPCORN! 😅 My husband was driving, and he's not a drinker to begin with. We only came to see Soolking, so there's no way we were going to finish that bottle and so we gave it away to the next table that had way more people, and we were immediately caught and told we aren't allowed to do that. I don't understand why I can't do as I please with a bottle I bought but we also didn't know you could take it with you until we were told by family the next day. No one said anything. How are we supposed to know that? Why not tell me I can take it home instead of telling me I'm not allowed to give it away, yet they just let it happen. The artists perform in the middle of the vip seating area that I'm sure must have not been cheap for anyone who paid for a table there and the security just let's everyone rush the area once the artists is there to perform. Literally can't even see the artist surrounded by people who didn't even pay for a table to be in the vip section. What is the point of security, and what is the point of vip pricing if you just allow everyone to storm the section. It's all just very odd and makes no sense. It's like there's zero logic to any of it. Just pay up basically and get the worst possible service or value for what you paid. I'm pretty sure we were scammed. Because we were told we had to buy a bottle and sit at a table, and yet there was people sitting next to us at a better table...

I have visited this place two times during my stay in Tunis, one during the day and the second during the night. And here’s a detailed review on how that went for both times for 2 women:

Visit during the day: (pool club) The vibe is mostly chill during day time. The food wasn’t very tasty for the price we paid. The pool was super clean and we felt so comfortable swimming there as two women. No harassment, no weird looks, nothing! Just nice people trying to chill. Their cocktails I must say are so good. I would recommend trying their coffee martini. The prices are very expensive but in my opinion, it’s totally worth it. The access is free to the pool which is very nice. We didn’t have the chance to check their beach club as it was closed at the time of our visit.

Visit during the night: (night club) Great oriental vibes. Talented DJ and great people. It is totally safe for women to go party and drink there. I have attached some videos below of how the total vibe is. The service is a bit slow but it’s totally understandable for the number of clients they have. The decoration is amazing! They have a very unique style and you’d be amazed by each corner of this place. The only downside is that they serve beer in plastic cups (they say because they worry that the glass may fall in the pool) Personally I felt so safe dancing and drinking in this place. My review is not for the billionaire but for Chivas club the one that is located above. Great music, food ambiance and service. Mr. Fadhel is extremely professional his standard never drops, when I visited him last summer in the billionaire beach club he had the same attitude and service, 6 months later nothing changed. I'm always looking forward to visit such great places and people whenever I visit Tunis. In my stay I had 4 cheese pizza which was great and Tunisian red wine. Music is great for everyone I've heard everything jazz, blues, classics and Spanish. You also get a view beyond of the billionaire club which can be quite annoying whenever the music becomes loud... Massive parking is available for guests and security are on spot. If you are looking for a place to hang with friends, girlfriend or even family I would definitely recommend chivas club even though the prices are a bit high but you pay for what you get... the quality of people that comes here are top notch didn't hear the entourage swearing or saying anything bad. Highly recommend...
