Rude and unprofessional security staff.
I had a very disappointing experience at Moods Club in Tunis. When I arrived, the security at the entrance refused to let me in simply because I don’t speak Arabic. I tried to communicate politely in English, but the guard said “no English, only Arabic” and blocked my entry. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and discriminatory.
A venue that presents itself as an international nightclub should ensure that its security team treats all guests with basic respect — regardless of language or nationality. Read moreMy recent visit to this night club was quite disappointing. The security and manager were both incredibly rude, which set a negative tone for the evening. To make matters worse, we were forced to buy a fruit salad for 150 dinar just to be able to purchase alcohol.
On top of that we had to minimum buy 10 beers, and when we were done for the night the server that we paid tried to tip himself 50 dinar???
