I used to love this cafeeshop and always my favourite in c.v but the last time I went back after less than 2 years of not going I found a whole other vibes: 1- you pay before you drink the order 2- music was bad 3- the place was close without an air conditioning even tho the majority are smoking 4- the order wasn't good at all 5- the service isn't like before (I'm bad with remembering faces but I think they changed the barrister) 6- he even got the prices wrong and we didn't feel save to discuss it with him 7- espace Leana was awkwardly empty without music (yes you can hear soft music while you're studying) I don't know, the vibes wasn't it.. like I LOVE biblio'the, it's the cafe cultural I always recommend to people so I hope it's just my bad luck or whatever.

Être à Biblio’Thé c’est respirer la présence de Lina Ben Mhenni, cette jeune femme qui a inspiré notre peuple et notre révolution. Durant les dernières années de sa vie, accompagnée par son papa Sadok Ben Mhenni, elle a rempli les prisons en bouquins, un acte sublime de générosité. Le proprio du café était son ami paraît-il et il lui avait promis de mettre en place une librairie dans son café suivant ainsi son exemple... J’en suis ravie aux larmes. Je souhaite, du fond du cœur, longue vie à Biblio’Thé et bonne chance pour la belle équipe qui y travaille. L’endroit est cosy, cool et on peut y bouquiner tranquillou. Magnifique initiative. Je le recommande vivement.

i like this place ! it is clean , kinda cozy, and it is pretty much my place for a read or a meet up with some friends ! i like the staff, too they are welcoming and kind people . Today was my first visit amd i think it won t be the last . i dig the little corner for reader it...

The customer service here is unacceptable. The lack of respect and professionalism from some staff members is shocking. I strongly recommend some training in basic courtesy and customer interaction skills. This level of service is...
