I had an incredibly disappointing visit to Cosmito Cafe today (Morneg gas station). The barista's rude behavior and lack of effort to make a correct iced coffee left me utterly disheartened. He simply poured ice into an espresso and handed it to me, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he was impolite and even threatened to quit his job. It's truly disheartening to encounter such poor service at a place I've always loved for their exceptional brew coffee in Tunisia. Cosmito has been one of my favorite spots, but this experience has left me hesitant to return. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their staff. Read moreComsito just went through a renovation across all their branches, and it really shows. The atmosphere is fresh, clean, and inviting — perfect for working or relaxing. The best part? No smoking indoors — finally, a café that takes that seriously, and it makes a huge difference.
Their coffee is consistently excellent and made properly, and it’s clear they cater well to remote workers. The pastries are decent, though I think they could use a small improvement in taste or freshness.
