K-ZIP — Restaurant in Tunis

I am writing this to urgently warn everyone about the serious food safety issues at this restaurant. After eating kimbap, soy chicken, and a cheese dog, I experienced immediate and unbearable stomach pain followed by violent cramps. The kimbap was clearly spoiled and not fresh at all and not stored properly, which is unacceptable for any food establishment. Even worse, the soy chicken was undercooked and tasted awful, putting me at serious risk of food poisoning. Serving undercooked chicken is extremely dangerous and shows a shocking lack of care for customer safety. The intensity of the pain and illness I felt was terrifying .I genuinely feared for my life. This kind of negligence could cause severe harm or hospitalization. I strongly urge the restaurant to take immediate action to improve their hygiene, food storage, and cooking standards before they cause someone serious harm. 10/10 recommendation for this place. If you want quality food with amazing customer service, you will want to visit KZIP. The people there are incredibly kind and patient. They have a simple yet absolutely delicious menu that varies. My absolute favorite is their different Bingsu flavors (an absolute sugary delight to feast upon!). There are so many different drinks, you'll keep coming back to try them all out. They vary from teas (cold and hot) to uniquely flavored cold drinks. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, I don't usually like sitting in to eat but I enjoyed the setting of this place. It's an extremely hygienic and welcoming place. Out of the many Asian cuisines I have visited in Tunis, this one is #1 on my list and I keep going back. Definitely deserves a 5...

K-zip is one of the few places that I genuinely love hanging out at. Once you step inside the restaurant, you can't help but notice the amount of detail and care that went into each decoration. Fun fact: Most of the decorations were handmade by the owner himself. Ask him personally if you don't believe me. 🤷‍♂️ K-zip is also one of the few Korean restaurants in Tunisia, and I think this is my favorite place to go to. The food is exceptionally good. I love to order 부침개 and Mambu Peach ( dessert ) in this restaurant. And have you ever tried the drinks? Order it. It's definitely worth it.
