The employee working at the counter on the first floor was not particularly friendly or accommodating when we inquired about available seating. She came across as somewhat rude and unwelcoming in her demeanour.

In contrast, the staff on the second floor were exceptional. especially Walled, and all of them went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and attended to. We greatly appreciated their attentive and hospitable service.

Despite the unfortunate loss of my power bank during the visit, I would still recommend this establishment. However, the way they handled the situation was deeply disappointing. Even a seemingly small item like a power bank can hold great importance for a customer. Yet the staff made no effort to review security footage or follow up on locating my lost item, despite my repeated attempts over several days to resolve the issue.

If I had lost something more valuable, like PASSPORT, I would have serious concerns about entrusting this establishment with my belongings. Their clear disregard for my lost item erodes trust and demonstrates a lack of proper policies to address such incidents.

Overall, the second floor staff's warm and helpful attitude was the highlight of our visit and made up for the less than ideal interaction on the first floor.
