White — Restaurant in Tunis

I wish I could give this 0 stars to be honest. This place is big, cute, calm and everything u can ask for in a restaurant (based on the looks). And then the food wasn't as bad . It was normal but not worth the price . Okay the bad part that ruined it all now for me : the service . There was one particular guy that annoyed me so much I coudnt stay or eat peacefully. He kept triggering us and asking too much: too much uncomfortableness. He made the whole experience go down the hill. We had a family event in White and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the food and the overwhelming hospitality of the staff. I would recommend the brochette as a main course and the waffles for desert.

With regard to cleanliness, the place was spotless and hygienic.

We really loved the decoration and the music.

Payment was seamless as they accepted both cash and card payment (Apple Pay) which was a relief.

Finally, I would to personally thank the manager Mr. Haikel and all the staff for their friendly and accommodating demeanor.

The chicken and rice dish I ordered was below par; the rice was notably bad, and the chicken lacked flavor. Additionally, I was served a red fruits juice that was supposed to be sugarless AND fresh, but to my dismay, it contained sugar. What's more, it was served in a CRUSHED plastic bottle that couldn't even stand properly on the table. To add to the disappointment, we had to wait an excruciating 45 minutes for a bottle of water, which arrived after we had finished our meal.
