Koreköy Şişli — Restaurant in Şişli

Went there many times since it is close to where I work and I have an Asian stomach. But the disappointment accumulated. First of all: The food is overall ok, but 1) some of them too salty (the bento for exmaple); 2) Once I got meat that has gone bad, and reported to the Korean owner and she was very defensive and ignored it; 3)The rice sometimes is not properly cooked, which is a huge turn off. Secondly, most annoyingly, it takes forever to have the food (expect half an hour to one hour). Last but not least, the people are ofc nice, but one position changed several times, and the training for the new person was never good that the new staff always make mistakes. Once the new satff made at least 3 mistakes: not putting the ingredient in tea; gave wrong sauces; forgot the order... all of which super annoying..... we waited for 20 minutes in line to eat outside in the restaurant and we absuletly loved the fried chicken with sweet souce it was so fresh like a dessert, i didn't like the rice cakes at first and i asked the waitresses to change it and they helped us and made us new ones in 5 minutes so second one was amazing since i could chew on them. I loved the atmosphere and how smiley the cute young workers they even asked us to open our favorite group while we wait for our food and a girl with black hair with bangs helped me to clean the food i spilled on my sisters dress and also helped me get back to my hotel her and the tall guy waiter, their english saved us so if u are a foreigner like me u can get a english review from them. We sometimes go but probably won't do it anymore. The waitress is usually friendly but the waiting time (weekdays, around lunch , 12-14) are always too long. We order 2 or 3 meals and it always takes 45-60 minutes to be prepared. In the kitchen, there is only 1 person cooking. Please invest into more staff, or 1 more person in the kitchen. The prices are already not too low, you can afford it and you will have more customers if the waiting time is lower. My 2 colleagues promised to not return anymore because the waiting time is so long. By this way, the place will loose customers over time. For me the taste of the food is good and I would like to enjoy it more.

One more thing: Radio plays loud k-pop or other pop music and is too loud. Thats a general problem in Turkey though and not specific...
