Visiting İstanbul very often. The closet mall I go to have dinner is Cevahir AVM şişli. Last week I decided to have pide from pidem. What a service!!!! Staff are very rude ( not all) 30min before closing down they all running like headless chicken and serve you in a very unpolite way! Got a meal which included coke. When I had a sip it was warm. I went back and told them if they can add ice or give a cold drink, ( one staff spoke English) the staff rudely said we don't have ice and no cold drink! I refused to take it and said I wanted a cold drink and I insisted because what they do they fill up the drinks well in advance and leave them out and don't fill it up straight from the machine as you order! Because I knew the reason why this was the case ( not happened to me first time has happened few times now) the staff were laughing among them selves and very rude! I wasn't going to let it go and made the girl fill the drink from the machine and guess it was fresh and cold!!! I would never go back to pide. I would rather travel few mins to ozdelek avm where the staff are great! Don't let them fool you by saying they don't have cold drink, they do they lazy to fill as you order and want to keep the drinks filled up in advance in the warm. And the mall is warm so you can imagine how horrible the drink...

I’m afraid this experience has put me off returning entirely, as no amount of attractive photography will entice me back after being misled in such a...
Read moreI recently dined at Pidem restaurant, and it was an incredible experience! The pide here is nothing short of fantastic—perfectly baked with a crispy crust and delicious fillings that burst with flavor. The lahmacun is equally impressive; it's light, perfectly seasoned, and the ideal balance of spices and toppings. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall delightful experience. I can't recommend Pidem enough for anyone craving authentic...
