Unfortunately, this is the worst branch l have ever seen worldwide. It does not have any standards. For my bad luck it's the second time I've visited them. 1- The cashier guy scaremed at me loudly since before ordering I asked why refrigerator isn't working all drinks are warm water, juice, Eiran etc.. He said it's broken down. 2 - I asked for order cuppticno coffee he said we don't have milk so how about Latiha he said no also because of milk. 3- I ordered Turkish coffee and he took long time to serve me and then said no glass we can offer you pepper I told him excuse me please cancel my order due to no service drinks warm milk not available took longer time than others glasses cup not available he said loudly we can't cancel it and you can't talk like that, so you have either pepper cup or to wait till others finish theirs and then serve you. All customers were watching this and supervisor came suddenly and served me by his own and apologize for what happened. This is the last time I entered this brand globally. Again l do appreciate supervisor serviced and kindness. 4- The cookies bottle served like recycled looks old and used scratches all of it as picture attached. moreover coffee came cold. 5- Air conditioning not working.

I wanted to return the cheese and asked for my money, but the cashier girl didn't like that and started screaming in Turkish and was talking to the customer behind me, apparently about me because the he started to stare at me :( . When I insisted on returning the cheese, the girl snatched the receipt from my hand and threw the ten lira at me. My request to the managers and owners of the Simit Sarayi chain, I hope you do not lose faithful customers and their families for 10 liras,...
