Read moreI have come here about one year after my last visit in which I wrote a review regarding the cold, small, and underwhelming Kunafe. Mado has replied to my review asking me to visit again in order to make up for their mistake. As I am visiting Istanbul this year, I decided to give them another try. I showed this to one of their staff members and he gladly explained what they have done wrong, clarifying that I should eat it in the restaurant and not have it take out due to the nature of the Kunafe. Next, he offered us complimentary traditional tea to go along with the Kunafe with icecream. The Kunafa was extremely tasty and fresh and the dondurma on it was a must. Special thanks to the manager/staff on duty on Aug 23rd...
Read moreI recently visited [Restaurant Name], and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the ambiance and food were decent, the service left a lot to be desired. I expect more honesty and attentiveness from a restaurant, and unfortunately, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you double-check everything on your bill...
