Found by Lost — Restaurant in Alanya

It's difficult to describe Found without using the often abused boastful words "amazing" or "fantastic". The truth is that this establishment succeeds in combining qualities that you'd usually not associate with each other. It makes you feel at home yet is a refined restaurant where a significant percentage of people dress up and/or come for a special occasion. It's not uncommon to have one or two birthday parties here on a weekend. The waiters are professional, quick, friendly, sufficiently proficient in the English language and don't abandon you after taking your order as is unfortunately often the case elsewhere. You can show up in a suit or in shorts, you'll be treated in the same friendly and respectful way, be it by the manager, the waiters or the (very cute and super friendly) hostesses. The food is exquisite yet the prices are more than fair. The menu changes regularly, or, more accurately, evolves over time: I noticed a few dishes have disappeared and a few other ones have made it onto the menu. One of the latest additions is the chicken Garam Masala, a mildly spiced indian type flavored dish of tender chicken breast pieces in a rich, creamy sauce with a lot of mushrooms. International inspired flavors with top quality Turkish ingredients - it doesn't get much better than that. Refined yet relaxed, delicious but fairly priced, excellent service yet not stiff. I love this place and the staff especially Orkan and the food is amazing. We go to lost or found at least 2 times a month and have been living here for 4 years. I have hotels here and when my guests ask where there is good food I always send them to lost and found since I can only recommend them being their food is the best in Alanya. I’ve eaten everything on the menu and enjoyed all of it. Today I’m not sure if the normal chef took a day off from work or they changed chefs but I was disappointed with all of the food. The sad thing was that I brought guests this time to try the food, we all ordered the found burger which is one of our favorites and pizza 🤦🏼‍♂️. Nothing was the same and for the first time we didn’t enjoy our food there. I hope they didn’t change the chef. I’ll go again soon and see if the food is good again or not. I hope it will be as tasty as always....
