Panorama Hotel — Hotel in Alanya

We chose this hotel because its location. It has private pool and beach with designated beds, so we felt very comfortable. We took 7-day all inclusive offer and we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. On top of that all drinks - coffee, water, beer, juice, cocktails - alc/non-alc - are included in the price, from 10.00 a.m. until 12.00 p.m. (after 12.00 p.m. you will be charged) and also from 16:00 to 17:00 there's coffee time, where they serve ice-cream and cookies (all these are at the bar from the beach) and from 23 until 24:00 there is another snack - late night soup (we never tried this one). Also on the bar by the beach they have the bar where they can also serve food, from 11:30 - omelettes, salads, Italian pizza and Turkish Pizza. The breakfast - lunch - dinner are buffet type and the varieties are endless. They cook a lot of food, for all the tastes and for everyone.||POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THE FOOD: the food comes in varieties for everyone, the dinner is amazing, they cook the Turkish meat with spices and it tastes just great, during dinner the chef comes and greets people, which is very cool, during breakfast you can have omelette or roasted egg made just in front of you by the sous-chefs, the waiters are very kind people and they try to speak to you in your native language, they serve with drinks all the time. Turkish tea is very tasty and it is served in traditional cups. The variety for deserts is very nice, they had cakes, jellies, baclava and rahat lukum. ||NEGATIVE ASPECTS: We were offered a dinner where they have "A la carte"restaurant, but we were told that we have to come at 19:00 sharp. The menu was predefined, so we could not chose and the option was "Asian dinner" - the soup was not great at all, full with starch, it looked like a reheated jelly, it was sushi in the menu, but we did not get it, the aperitif was just three little spring rolls (images attached), the salad was said to have fish (this was also missing) and the main dish was also without Asian flavor. Unfortunately next day I had a rush on both of my hands, but it was nothing serious. I trully believe it is from this, because I was eating food from the buffet for 5 days and I felt great and after this meal I was dispaoointed by their "a la carte" option. What we think is that they should cook traditional Turkish food only, because it is just great, packed with taste and not try to approach other cuisines. The second negative thing: COFFEE: all the coffee is instant coffee. If you order capuccino, you receive what they call "white coffee", which is instant coffee with instant creamer. If you order espresso you get "black coffee" - instant coffee. The Turkish coffee is not for free in there, so you have to pay. ||OVERALL FEELING: we were very pleased by their service and their work. ||||THE STAY: We arrived at 3.30 in the morning. so the concierge was very kind and offered us a cold plate with vegetables, cheese, a bit of ham and drinks. They are very nice people, they were always answering our questions. The hotel offers beach towels(the blue ones) . The cleaning ladies do not speak any other language so we could not understand much - but we used signs a lot and everything went well. ||A negative aspect is that the ventilation from the toilet does not work that good, because the smell of sea water was quite present.||The rooms are clean, nothing to comment, we had a tea pot and cold water in the fridge waiting for us. ||||WI-FI does not really work in your room, but you have a very good connection on the beach :)||The hotel has security and parking.||It offers every night an entertainment program :) ||They have a TV room with good internet and gym facilities included in the price.||After check-out at 12:00 we were allowed to leave the luggage at the reception and also to attend the lunch and dinner (they did not remove the access bracelet)||The hotel premises comes with its own inhabitants: CATS. We are cat lovers so we spent a lot of time trying to play with them or feed them. They have arranged a feeding point:)||||We felt very safe in there and I recommend this place...

So, I am currently staying at Panorama hotel, and I will write my current impressions, something you might want to know: they offer beach side rooms, pool side rooms and street side rooms and one thibg they dont tell you, the offer rooms facing other buildings, while the Doors of the apartments are facing the pool... they offer beach bag per room, which is great water in the pool is very warm (30ish °C) the beach is rather small, but suffices city center is very close, the tower, the bazar, everything is withing a walking distance, including most of the stores (mavi, LC waikiki, migros, US polo, Boss....) breakfast is the same every day, but is okay in my opinion. People get up very early and put their towels on the sunbeds by the pool/beach and then go on with their day, so sometimes you will come and there will be no space for you, even though there are a lot of empty sunbeds with only towels... if you want the safe, it Costs 2€ per day if you want to get fresh towels, you can get them only once, every other time you have to pay 1€ per change lunches and dinners vary and generally the food tastes good (if you dont like garlic and onion like me, you will have fewer options to eat, but that is my personal preference, so I dont mind) they offer spa, but i still need to check whether anything can be used for free or you have to pay for everything fitness center is also available, hairdresser and doctor, but I didnt use those services.. People are very nice, everyone says hello and smiles at you :)

Дорога до отеля заняла 2,5 часа.||Отель чисты, уютный, приветливый и доброжелательный персонал.||Отель рассчитан на европейских туристов. Когда мы приехали русскоговорящих было 2-3 семьи. Потом добавилось еще семьи 3 (в основном Германия, Дания, Норвегия). Персонал говорит на турецком, немецком и английском, на ресепшене мужчина немного знает русский. К концу отпуска часть официантов умели здороваться и спрашивать как дела по русски. Дискриминации не было, прекрасно общались со всеми. ||||В отель приехали в районе 15-30. Заселили сразу же, номер 235 в дальнем корпусе. Как обычно в паспорт положили $, это первый отель, где их не взяли и вернули паспорт с $. Корпус имеет форму буквы П. Все балконы этого корпуса выходят во внутренний двор (смотрят друг на друга).||В номерах 430-431 на четвертом этаже будет вид на крепость и море. (поднимались на лифте на 4 этаж вид красивый). Номера 449-448 будет вид в сторону района Оба. Номер чистый убирали каждый день. Гель для душа, шампунь есть в номере. Сейф платный. Есть чайник, кружки. Пополняют чай кофе.||За счет расположения балконов слышно все разговоры соседей (немцы почему-то любят разговаривать с балкона на балкон друг с другом). Слышали, как дети ночью падают с кровати в номере напротив…. Если закрыть дверь балкона становиться тихо. Ну и пока идет вечернее шоу спать не вариант.||В номера у моря заселяли в основном иностранцев.||Через дорогу есть подземный переход (чистый, висят фото постоянных клиентов).||Первый корпус возле дороги балконы выходят прямо на дорогу, будет очень шумно, следующие два корпуса балконы смотрят на соседние отели.||Интернет бесплатный, работал на всей территории отеля нормально.||||Ресторан и бары:||В ресторане официанты работают быстро без всяких тележек и грохота, если садиться за один и тот же столик, то он запоминает что вы пьете и приносит это уже без просьб. Сидели всегда за столиком у окна вид обалденный (это фишка этого отеля). Еда на любой вкус: мясо, рыба, овощи турецкая и европейская кухня. В общем голодными мы точно небыли. Детского и диетического стола нет. В баре на пляже и в баре у бассейна можно заказать салаты, пасту, бургеры, пиццу, омлет. Есть меню, оно с картинками и ценами, мы вначале думали, что все это платно, оказалось это цена после 24-00. В остальное время нужно сказать официанту что ты хочешь, он принесет все свеже приготовленное. Пиво эффес, вино понравилось только красное. В барах делают неплохие коктейли. ||Вечером открывается бар над рестораном с видом на море и крепость.||Пляж:||Лежаки у бассейна немцы занимают с раннего утра и бывало придешь искупаться, а все лежаки у бассейна заняты полотенцами и нет никого. ||На пляже лежаков хватало всем, не понравилась галька на пляже (после волн как отвалы такие гальки), но если с коралками то не мешает. Вход в море удобный, когда на пляже Клеопатра были сильные волны и люди не купались, на нашем пляже волны были, но не такие сильные, можно было купаться. В воде дно песок, мелко достаточно долго. Полотенца пляжные были в номере, пляжную сумку принесли на следующий день во время уборки.||||По вечерам иногда возле бассейна выступали привозные артисты. Своей анимации как таковой нет (стреляли из лука, боча, волейбол, дарц). Основные отдыхающие пенсионеры и немного семей с детьми. Мое мнение отель не для отдыха с детьми. Им может быть скучно, нет детского стола. Хотя для них есть стульчики в ресторане, небольшая детская площадка и отделение в бассейне есть. ||У отеля очень удобное расположение. Рядом порт, крепость, башня, судоверфь все в пешей доступности. До фуникулера пешком минут 20, можно доехать на автобусе. Башня, судоверфь пешком минут 10. Возле красной башни пляж, где нет волн никогда, говорят там есть рыбки, сами не плавали не знаем. Вход на судоверфь 15лир с человека, вход в красную башню 15 лир с человека, подъем в крепость на фуникулере 140 лир с человека (туда обратно) или 15$ с двоих взрослых (туда обратно). Гид пытался продать нам экскурсию в крепость за 50$ с человека…..||Магазины все в пешей доступности. Улица баров тоже недалеко. Летом можно и на кораблике на ночную дискотеку. В общем отелем остались очень довольны, будем рекомендовать его и сами вернемся в него с...
