We'd go somewhere else for dinner however both the staff in our hotel and a shop owner's advice was Doboo so we gave it a chance despite the bad reviews. When you go into the the restauraunt, the terrace is almost after 3 stairs. At the entrance, nobody asks you if you've a reservation or not. We didn't have one and after going up all the stairs we were asked if we had it or not. Eventually, a table was arranged. We received a complimentary salad and traditional cig kofte. Salad's tomatoes were definetely rotten. I guess they were prepared way earlier and due to the hot weather, were no good anymore. We ordered kaburga hası and kaburga dolması which were both dry and heated before the service. And the meat was lamb leg, not brisket meat. We also ordered saray yahnisi which is a traditional plum and meat stew. I'd like if it was mentioned in the menu or before the order that the plums will be served with the seeds. Saray yahni was not bland or bad, 3/5 however the seed separation part was not joy at all. The meat quantity was for 5 pieces in total in this dish. And when we received the receipt, the water was also charged. The problem is we hadn't asked for water and thought they were served with food free of charge. We liked the view and wanted to make reservation for dinner, they said no reservation needed which was weird. Then we went there in the evening for dinner and they said no table left with the view but there was one available and the guy upstairs refused to give that table to us. He was really rude.
