Overall experience was average, the sushi we had was mostly very nice. The Uramaki type sushi was great, especially the hot ones, the Maki wasn't so great. The atmosphere generally with the decor is decent. But the service is definitely sub-par. The waiter could barely be bothered to look at us, he generally looked like he couldn't be bothered, I had to make quite an effort to get his attention in a restaurant where nobody else was sitting around. He didn't at all approach politely, or with any assistance, nor did he care to come over to see if everything was ok at any point. But they somehow find that extra energy to provide a nice open tip sleeve that they conveniently push a bit closer when giving the receipt. Not really familiar with the concept of customer service though, why not just have a conveyor belt instead of a waiter? I preferred the service in other restaurants here; I'll likely choose to go somewhere else next time, or...

Noodles were served ice cold and we sent them back. The dish returned a minute later and it was obviously microwaved. Our rice was old and room temp when served. We arrived at 9:00pm and it was obvious to me that the workers wanted to close. We were told that the kitchen closed at 10:00pm before we ordered and the check came to the table at 9:45 and I was told they were closing out the cash register. The waiter left the check book on the table after I paid obviously waiting for me to put a tip in it. I continued my meal. The waiter then came by and opened the void to see if I left a tip, when he saw I had not, he just left the book open on the table. I doubt I will be returning to...
