We’ve been coming here regularly for years, each time paying close to €400 per person. While the view and the food are consistently excellent, there is one major issue that remains unresolved: the music selection.

Guests coming from Europe or the U.S. are looking to experience something different—local culture, local flavors, and local sounds. Yet instead, they are met with the same Western music they hear back home. There’s no sign of anything from this land: no Turkish, Kurdish, Laz, or Ottoman music—nothing that reflects the rich cultural heritage of this region.

When you go to France, you hear French music. In Italy, Italian music. Why is it so difficult to hear music from Turkey while dining in Turkey? This isn’t just a lack of attention—it’s a clear sign of poor vision and unprofessionalism.

They are special and experts in the food and hot meza they provide, adding to that the unique and elite way of their service. While we appreciate the food and atmosphere, what we appreciate more was the generosity and hospitality. The view is one of the best not only in Istanbul but also in Turkey. The restaurant can take up to 400 people, which means you are more than welcome to be hosted during weddings and/or business, diplomacy, or even birthday or private parties. The location is easy to reach, and private parking is available.
