Bi Nevi Deli — Restaurant in Beşiktaş

I went for an early dinner in the middle of the week and had the seitan burger and raspberries kombucha. The burger was served with a creamy potato salad, Russian style and that salad was absolutely delish!!!! The burger itself was okay, not "to die for" lol. I think the fact it was served only with mustard and store-bought plant cheese, to me, felt like, it was missing something. Idk why, they didn't add some mayo/dressing to it! Anyways, they have a lot of other options in the menu and I'll come back to try other dishes!

I also ordered desserts and that was phenomenal!!!! Do not miss out the snickers and bounty bar. They're small but packed with goodness!!!!!!!

Skip the kombucha, they have plenty of drinks to other and that kombucha wasn't good.

I also took home some goodies and unfortunately some of my itens came wrong, so if you're taking anything home, do check your order/bag before leave the restaurant.

First time I am writing a review about a place that let me down so badly. The staff members including the owners were extremely rude and have no idea how to treat customers. What they had on the menu for the day wasn’t even available. And the owner complained about me creating a “negative energy” because as a customer I complained them not providing nearly half of the menu? Lol. I had the decency to send them an email and they didn’t even bother to reply back saying sorry. The food is average and overpriced. I would recommend all vegan travellers to go either to Makai in Kanyon Mall or Healing in Nisantasi where the food is well worth it PLUS they know how to treat all their customers wonderfully well. I had an incredible experience with Bi Nevi Deli! Yesterday, despite the heavy rain in Istanbul, they went out of their way to deliver my order almost 30km away from their shop. As a tourist, I couldn’t do a bank transfer like they initially requested, but they were super understanding and allowed me to pay cash on delivery, which made things so much easier for me.

The team was not only helpful but also very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. The food was fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious!
