absolutely terrible experience. i entered and was waiting for about 10 minutes and no one had taken my order. so naturally, i went up to the cashier and asked her to take it and she informed me that she was “busy” with other customers. keep in mind that there were literally only TWO other people together who already had their orders and there was another service provider aside from her. i waited another 10 minutes and when she finally came to take my order she informed me that there were no tapioca pearls and it would be ready after 20 minutes. as a boba store, how do you not have enough of the main thing people come to get? aside from that, had she simply taken my order before i wouldn’t have had to wait 20 minutes only to be told that they had no tapioca pearls. extremely unprofessional and inefficient. wish that there was a zero...

Best bubble tea i have ever had, hands down if you want to experience some authenthic bubble tea this is the place. We got both fruity tea with fruity tapioca and classic milk tea with normal tapioca, both very tasty. Tapiocas arent fake suger filled balls, taste authentic and fruity tapiocas are good aswell. We also got wagashi, first time eating it yet we really enjoyed it, very sweet and filling. Price was good too, in a really easy to reach location, easy to read menu and helpful employees. Matcha ve mochiler için mekan arayışımda gezdiğim sayısız cafeler arasında en iyisi bu. Tea Taste, Beşiktaş’ta denk geldiğim ve sonrasında müdavimi olduğum bir yer haline geldi. Özellikle matcha latte konusunda ciddi anlamda başarılılar. Soğuk versiyonu da hoş ama sıcak olanı tercih ediyorum; matcha’nın o hafif acılığı ve sütle dengesi sıcak içimde çok daha net ortaya çıkıyor.

Fiyatlar ise şaşırtıcı derecede uygun. Piyasada matcha oranı düşük, fiyatı yüksek içecekler görmekten sıkılmış biri olarak, burada hem oran hem fiyat tatmin edici. Bu kaliteye bu fiyat gerçekten nadir bulunur.

Mochilerde ise ayrı bir özen var. Çoğu mekânda rastladığımız dondurmalı sahte mochiler yerine burada gerçekten yumuşak, esnek ve dolgusuyla dengeli mochi servis ediliyor. Özellikle oreolu ve frambuazlı olanlar favorim. Wagashileri de tatlıyla arası olanlar için hoş bir deneyim sunuyor.

Bubble tea’leri ortalama diyebilirim ama zaten buraya asıl gelme sebebi matcha ve mochi. İkisi de bu mekânın alametifarikası.

Ayrıca, mekanın atmosferi ve teması oldukça keyifli. Sessiz, sade ama karakterli bir tasarımı var. Çalışanlar ise inanılmaz nazik ve saygılı—siparişten sunuma kadar her adımda ilgili ve kibarlar. Böyle bir hizmet anlayışı, insanı tekrar tekrar uğramaya teşvik ediyor.
