What we had: 4 different salads (spinach, purslane, zucchini and mixed fried veggies with yogurt) and 2 hot dishes (kadinbudu kofta and kavurma).

The true stars of the show were the vegetarian options, particularly the spinach and purslane salads. Bursting with freshness, the salads were a delightful medley of flavors and textures that showcased the kitchen's dedication to quality ingredients. However, as much as I enjoyed the salad, the same enthusiasm couldn't be extended to all aspects of the menu. I was disheartened to find that the once-impressive hot dishes had taken a downturn in quality. The noticeable change was attributed to the use of microwaving for these dishes, a method that can compromise taste and texture. It was disappointing to see the restaurant opt for convenience over the authentic flavors that had initially won my heart. In short, kadinbudu kofta and kavurma were not good. Personnel is very friendly, attentive and professional, too.

Prices are very reasonable for this much quality. If you’re looking for a healthy lunch, this is the place!

The interior decoration is very modern. The seats and tables are kept clean and tidy. The display is very rich.

It’s a self-service counter. You can ask the guy about the dishes they serve to get more information about the ingredients. You can have fixed lunch menu which comes with soup and salad.

Prices are reasonable, maybe a little bit higher than usual but it’s worth every penny.

It is a really sweet cozy place where you can find homemade dishes like your mama's. The staff is very attentive and professional. Especially Mademoiselle (Matmazel) is wonderful. She is the foundation of Elde Börek. The food is really good and tasty. What I hope to see is the declaration of origin. From how far do the products come? Are they local? Also, I get goose bumps when I see aubergine/eggplant dishes in winter. Please at least use seasonal produce. Also, when we asked for olive oil, they brought some oil that did not look...
