We visited Natural Restaurant in Göcek and honestly it was such a nice experience. We ordered lahmacun and pide, both were perfect – crispy, hot, and really delicious, just like homemade but even better. You can really taste the freshness. The waiters were very kind and friendly, and even the chef came around with a big smile, which made us feel really welcome. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable to sit for long time, not only to eat quickly. You can come here anytime – for breakfast and tea, for a simple lunch like lahmacun or pide, or for a lovely dinner with meze and grill. The atmosphere is calm, warm, and feels very local, which we really liked. Simply put, outstanding! The food is just phenomenal! If the basics can not done properly the why bother, but the basics here are none other that done to perfection. Hummus is creamy, slightly nutty texture and have a smoky taste. Olives feel like they have been picked from the garden itself. Best Feta on this side of Turkey by far, Pita is the crown of the menu as it’s light, crispy and vibrant. The traditional desserts are as expected which are as a grandmother would make. Unfortunately, on a cold and rainy winter evening, seating was only available outdoors, which made the experience less comfortable, leading to a very quick dinner.
