Ozsut — Restaurant in Fethiye

Very impolite and rude staff at the counter. We bought 2 profiterols to go, and as soon as we tasted the sourness of the cream, we thought there was a problem. Then we took it back to them. Even though it was night and it took less than half an hour, at first their staff blamed us, and told us that the expiration date is same day, and there are still 2-3 hours left. After we insisted, he then put a corporate inquiry form in front of us, that I don't understand how it will help solve our problem. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to go! You have both traditional turkish and western desserts available. Service is perfect by staff and the restaurant is clean and modern. Prices are reasonable also. I personallybhave tried the Kunefa with ice cream (turkish dish) i think the standard was very good. I have also tried the Vanilla milkshake which also tasted very good. Very disappointed the chicken salad was served with dried up, old, and unseasoned chicken. Had to immediately send it back. Then ordered the burger, and it doesn’t compare to a proper American burger. The bun should be cut a little thinner, the patty should be not as thin and wide, but thicker and smaller in diameter, and most importantly cooked to be tender instead of crispy.
