Can Sinop Mantı Ve Ev Yemekleri — Restaurant in Kâğıthane

Absolutely a fantastic experience.

The first time we visited close to the closing time, the ladies were preparing food for the following day. They didn't mind us staying a bit overtime. We had manti--easily the best one I've had so far. Fresh, delicious and with a good amount of salt.

We stopped by for lunch today, all freshly prepped. I had rice, chickpeas, a stuffed paprika and a mix of various salads. There were a decent variety of herbs and spices used but none overly prominent.

If i lived here, would definitely become a regular. The dining area was cozy but it was quite warm with the weather being close to 30 C° and the kitchen right next to it.

Glad i had a local translating for me, as I would have had to rely on sign language. I wish i had taken pictures of the plates before enjoying the meals.

Akşam arayıp gittik, hanımlar dükkanı kapatmak üzereydi. Buna rağmen bizi geri çevirmeyip mantımızı hazırladılar.

Bir Sinop mantısı, bir de normal mantı yedik. Ikisi de lezzetliydi.

Dükkan sahipleri güler yüzlü insanlardı, böyle tatlı esnafların olduğunu bilmek dahi...
