I have dine a dozen of times. Food is good as usual and it wasabi is way better than it neighbor Wagamama. 2 weeks ago I talked to their staff who claimed to be a manager about their service. However their service seems to be worsen. As always, I have to wait at least 2 minutes longer to be presented a menu. When I ask for attendance, I have to make 5 times effort compare to local people. Perhaps this gesture make them feel that they should earn 10% tips out of the bills sneakily. They are not earn tips proudly. Interestingly, I notice that waiters don't ask tips from local customers who they serve warmly and promptly. It make me wonder that why I have been treated in such sub-standard manner. Maybe I am a foreigner who do not know their culture and sign language. Or maybe my skin tone like Kurds and I deserve to wait longer compare to local. Although the manager wanted to treat me green tea as sign of apology (probably), but I have to quit this restaurant before it make me a racist. Well done, SushiCo!
Comment added on 24th Sept 2022 as below: I receive reply from SushiCo admin regarding my comment. At first glance, they apologized at the first sentence. The following sentences, they ask customer do all the job on this matter. All the events I described above can be seen in CCTV. They not even take the trouble to looking into CCTV? Or they couldn't find the manager who offered green tea? I am skeptical if they investigate this seriously. They expect me to spend time to recall, waste money to make phone call and learn Turkish to talk to their call center? How convenient to solve problem. Person who send this message should be fired. Either he/she is lazy or this is simply SushiCo working culture. Instead wasting money on advertising in Youtube, you should invest more in...
Read moreSushi & Co. is a great restaurant. The food is nice. The service is okay. The ambiance of the place is very nice as well. However, the reason I would not eat at this restaurant again is because of the waiters, the waitstaff, and the management. They treat foreigners terribly. They think foreigners are dumb. They view foreigners as merely money to be extracted. Why? Because every time the bill comes, it's marked with a red, yellow, blue, or any marker they can get their hands on, highlighting that service charges are not included. This only happens when it's presented to foreigners. When regular Turkish folks come in, they don't do it. I have tested this multiple times by going out with Turkish friends at Sushi & Co. It is never highlighted. When you go as a foreigner, it is immediately highlighted. This is the reason I would never go to this place again. Avoid Sushi & Co. like the plague. The waiters and waitstaff are like parasites. They are blood-sucking leeches just waiting to take money from you. I mean, don't they get paid by the restaurant? Aren't they paid enough that they have to resort to such an annoying thing as tipping? And here, tipping is not a culture, but just because a foreigner comes in, oh no, service charges not included. But when a Turkish person, or a family, or a group eats, service charges somehow don't make it onto the bill. Avoid it like the plague. One star. I would give it a negative...

My wife and I ordered food together, but the food was not brought together, it took about five minutes, so I asked the waiter which noodle is this? My question remained unanswered! The quality of the vegetable noodles was not good, and it was not...
