Teach your employees how to brew coffee. Why is there boiling water in my glass every time? Do you even know what the temperature of the milk in a cappuccino should be? You probably haven’t heard about the delicate foam that should be in the entire glass. I sympathize with the visitors who come here and think that they drink normal coffee. Nice place, outstanding from the other coffe-spots in the area. BUT The amount of plastic waste is scary for such place. Why wouldn’t you put cold drinks in standard cups or glasses if they are not takeaway? Would save so many resources on the planet! Even when I ordered coffee in a normal mug (asked specifically), the workers still put it in a plastic cup. Also, you could use environmentally friendly straws, like glass/metal/paper at least. This is our favorite coffee chain in Antalya! Everything is just great. Quality coffee, amazing delicious desserts, which are not the same as all other coffee shops. Very cozy and beautiful design with many plants, interior- exterior items, pleasant well-chosen music. The attention to such details is amazing!
