MADO Antalya Konyaaltı Sahil — Restaurant in Muratpaşa

The workers there are extremely disrespectful...the other day i had to use the bathroom for girly urgent needs in their cafe,because the public toilets were full and had very long lines.So the closest option was MADO.When i went in this cafe to use their bathroom,the waiter or i don't even know who it was, told me that only people who sitting on the tables can use their bathroom.I told him ok, no worries i will buy something form your place,just let me use the bathroom real quick and i'll buy anything, because i understand his point that some people just use that toilet to leave a mess and not even pay for anything.However, in my case i told him that it's urgent and will order something right after i use the bathroom.When i tried to walk in the toilet ,the guy covered the women's toilet with his full body and told me that i can't use it.I started repeating myself saying that its urgent,but he kept blocking the way.So, I went in the men's bathroom which he was not covering.Once i stepped in,the worker just dragged me out of it with his full strength.So my question is ,how is this behavior acceptable in such cafe with big name.In my opinion,under no condition a stranger can put hands on a girl especially in this case,when it was an emergency.He at least should've called the guards because it's their job to put force in these...

I recently dined at Mados and had a mixed experience. The food, particularly the katmer, was decent and enjoyable. I appreciated the flavors and presentation of the dishes. However, there were some aspects that left me disappointed. The drinks served were quite warm, which was not the refreshing experience I had hoped for. Additionally, the service was lacking, as the waiters kept missing items on our order, leading to frustration and delays in our meal.

One particular incident that stood out negatively was the serving of fried eggs in a metal plate without any warning about its temperature. As a result, I accidentally burnt my fingers while attempting to eat, and this unfortunate event really let down the overall experience. It's essential for the restaurant to take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of their customers.

While the food was enjoyable, the issues with the drinks, service, and the unfortunate mishap with the hot metal plate have left me with mixed feelings about Mados. With some improvements in service and attention to customer safety, the restaurant has the potential to provide a more satisfying...

Visited on 06.08.2024 with family. Staff looked after us really well, especially the owner. They have plently of outdoor seating and provide outdoor Air Conditioning. The indoor space is really well decorated and has a very posh vibe. The quality of food is good and the customer service is really good. Food can be a little late coming out, but we had plently of time as we were on holiday so this didn't bother us at all. Mado is close to the beach and easy to find. A little pricey, but compared to prices in the rest of Europe it wasn't too bad. I would recommend trying it out for yourself if you are in the area. I recommend it for occasions and for special moments...
