MiPalé Kitchen — Restaurant in Sarıyer

I had a chicken soup as a starter, not your ordinary one. It was simple yet very rich with a touch of the chef's italian style dough leaves floating on a balanced garden.

The secondi was a farm style meat pie served along with organic tomateo slices softened with olive oil. The farm pie was simple on the outside but again the surpise was revealed in the first taste. a fusion of meat variety (I wont tell, go check it yourself).

Finding an authentic taste has become a treasure hunt in our "modern" industrial age where tomateos only look like one but doesn't taste like one. An artist's gastro-journey must start from sourcing the finest ingredients till ensuring a memorable experience including the ambience, service and so on; amongst the rarest is 'authenticity' nowadays.

Truly the best food experience. Coming from India, where we love the flavour, herbs and spices in food and which is truly our integral part of the culture. I never thought I could devour the taste of another cuisine with the same passion but I am happily surprised. I came here by accident, it’s a little haven tucked away on the inside street of Emirgan with absolutely authentic organic scrumptious food. You can tell that the chef is meticulous about the quality, preparation and flavours. I had the best Gorgonzola, Apple and sage Ravioli (must have), humus (Again highly highly recommend), Purslane and fruit salad, and Red and Yellow tomatoes with greens Salad. I can tell all of them were the champions in their own right.

If you are passing by Emirgan, you have to visit this place. ♥️♥️

if you’re looking for a place with delicious food and homey vibes, this is the perfect place! we enjoyed every minute there and definitly felt welcomed, specially since the owner/chef speaks english (which is super rare in istanbul) it was a pleasure talking to her 💜 we ordered dolma (comes with yogurt but i dont eat yogurt) it was delicious, super filling but in the same time it felt light exactly like a home made meal :) and prepare your self for the best cheesecake in my opinion 🤍 prices are good, and couldn’t help but notice that the place was super clean so it’s a nice place...
