Ming's Chamber - Dalma Mall — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi Industrial City

🥢Mings Chamber Restaurant is one the most delightful recent finds in AbuDhabi. Earlier known as Genghis Khan restaurant, it has now rebranded & has come up with tantalizing Indo-Chinese menu apart from the Pan Asian dishes, and the food is just beyond exceptional!

👩‍🍳Being in the food reviewing field for quite some time now, there are some restaurants and dishes that makes me want to go back to the restaurant again just to try those - Mings Chamber is definitely one of those. 🤩

The starters included:

🥗Crispy vegetable - it stayed crispy for so long and that in itself is a highlight 👏🏻 🍟Honey chili potatoes - Must try 🥟Prawn and chicken scezhuan dumpling - fiery hot 🔥yet you cannot stop at one!

Soups that we tried were:

🥣Lemon coriander soup - refreshing 🍲Manchow chicken - THE BEST I have ever had!

Now comes the main course: #StandingOvation

🍲Cauliflower manchurian - loved it 🍗 Toban chicken - this is so special and went well with the jeera rice 🍤Minjiang prawn - my most fav!! Chef kiss* 🍚Zeera rice 🍚Ghee rice Long grained beautifully cooked rice, aromatic & flavor packed 👏🏻👏🏻

Dessert 🍮Cheese cake & Hot chocolate cake - delicious 😋

The Indo- Chinese menu is a must try. I have promised to take my mum at Mings Chambers because she loves Indo Chinese and this at Mings Chamber is the best treat for her I know!❤️

We throughly enjoyed the taste and the flavours. Each dish elevated our taste buds to the highest level.

Main Course BEEF INDONESIAN SATAY EGG FRIED RICE NASI GORENG GARLIC FRIED EGG NOODLES

food was bursting with flavours.

Mocktails: MANGO MULE LYCHEE MOJITO very refreshing and great presentation.

Dessert : LEMON CHEESE CAKE NUTELLA CHEESE CAKE not to be missed, these were YUM.

Mings Chamber has upped its game and transformed into one of the best places for classic Asian cuisine with an Indian touch.

We were over for dinner recently and had an amazing meal.

The chicken corn soup we started with was one of the best we've ever had and this set the tone for the entire meal.

The chili chicken was spot on and paired well with the Zeera rice they suggested, never would have thought of it.

The veg dishes were perfext too, loved the Gobi manchurian and fried vegetables were nice and crisp

Portion sizes are huge, the flavors excellent and the spice level can be customised.

Our server, Ashik, did a great job and we recommend he is given a promotion and a raise

All this at really pocket friendly price as well.
