I had the most horrible experience in this place. My family & I (5 persons) bought fish from the market and gave it to the restaurant to cook. We paid for the cooking upfront at the cashier & went up to a table on the first floor terrace. The terrace is lovely which is why I gave the atmosphere 5 stars. We proceeded to order some appetisers like soup & salad which came in a timely manner & tasted very good; another 5 stars here. Then the nightmare began. Our food was horribly late. After 45 mins of waiting, we started following up & asking if everything was alright. The responds we received from the waiters were “coming right up, almost ready, 5 more minutes…etc”. That was not the case at all. After another 45 mins, it was obvious that they lost our order. Im not sure what happened because they weren’t honest at all with whats going on. There was a lot of back & forth and we got into a huge argument because they kept lying to our faces & treating us like gullible idiots. Eventually, we went down to the restaurant cashier & started demanding they give us our fish that we brought in back. Then another round of arguing began. They wouldn’t even give us our money back. Let me repeat that: THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. Finally, they gave us new fresh fish instead of ones they lost & we left.

Our biggest issue with the service wasn't that they made a mistake & lost our order. Everyone makes mistake. It was that they kept lying to us & telling us “it’s coming right up”. Instead, someone should have come up to us and said “We’re sorry, this mess up happened, please allow us this amount of...
