We went on a busy time when all the restaurants in the area were quite full and crowded.Fortunately,they were the only one who could provide us an outdoor seat at the moment that's why we decided to give it a try. It took us more than 30 minutes to get our first set of order.We are almost done with it when the next came and the supposed to be appetizer was the last to come.Even the family beside us were obviously waiting for a long time and like us,the waiters just kept on saying coming. I was also disgusted that they cleaned the table beside us even when the customers were still there and even put the black garbage bag right beside my companion as we were still eating.There was one staff who kept on cleaning up even when the customers have not even stood up yet or were still drinking water. It was disrepectful considering the amount of time the customers have to wait for their food. Surprisingly,you can also see the big difference on the amount of service they give to those they are familiar with already and for us who are just new. The food was good..yes..but the service...

Food quality is very good, tasty and as expected, however it happened when I came first time that they added items to the bill which I did not order, when I asked to remove it they remove half and kept half, I noticed that but did not talk again and paid, they made me feel like a fool, next time I called to ask for food delivery and they said they do deliver and did not mention anything else, where I live is far from them less than 2KM, surprisingly the delivery charges came 21Dhs?!?!, I paid again and called them to inform that next time inform the caller about the delivery charges, they apologized and promised next delivery will be free and admitted the mistake, anyway I don’t feel comfortable anymore as they try to generate the pocket of the costumer in a very bad way, this is for awareness...
