I honestly cannot express how bad my experience at Mezze was. This iftar buffet was a complete letdown from start to finish. The place was completely disorganized – the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on, and we had to wait forever to be seated, despite having a reservation.

The food was another disaster. The dishes were either bland or overcooked, and honestly, it didn’t feel fresh at all. For a place advertising an iftar buffet, I expected much better quality and variety. The flavors were so off, and some of the items were just downright unappetizing. It felt like they rushed everything without any care for quality or authenticity.

The service was the worst part. The waitstaff was inattentive, slow, and seemed overwhelmed. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like water, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic. I’ve never felt so disregarded as a customer.

To make matters worse, they tacked on hidden fees to our bill that were not disclosed anywhere in advance. It felt like a total scam, as we were charged extra for things we weren’t even informed about. This place is definitely trying to rip people off.

This is one place I will never return to. If you’re looking for a proper iftar experience, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Mezze doesn’t even come close to meeting...

Friday Brunch at Mezze. Just awful from start to finish. Avoid avoid avoid.

Plenty of variety of food, but none of it is cooked or prepared with any love. It's just tasteless gloop left in warmers. Seafood was empty shells. Oysters had no sauces expect a sweet and sour! I have never left a brunch hungry before but today I really couldn't find a single thing I wanted to eat. Somehow even the pizza was soggy and inedible. How can you get pizza so wrong in a large restaurant like this!

Service was terrible. Plenty of staff there but they were unmotivated and showed zero initiative. A problem of management. If this hotel thinks this brunch is worth paying 300 Dhs for then they really need to get out more. Take your managers to somewhere like Nahaam and see how it is done. Or even places that are half the price of this like Verso or Spacanopoli. Those offer a fantastic service and high quality food.

One of the worst experiences. We spent Christmas Eve waiting for a proper dinner, only to find food options that had nothing to do with Christmas. There were many Indian dishes and a few unappetizing options scattered here and there. We had to constantly chase waiters for drinks, and they were serving sodas from open trays already poured into glasses while walking around—highly unhygienic. I had to complain just to get a can of soda.

I spoke to the manager twice to get more soda and water. The food quality was poor, and despite being told the buffet would be available until 11 PM, we chose this location specifically because it advertised dinner until 1 AM. To make matters worse, by the time we went for dessert, everything was gone.

Don't waste your time here. While some staff members were polite and tried to help, others seemed unhappy and were rude. They might try to resolve issues, but no customer should have to go through such...
