Nice for a ‘change’ from the other brunch settings but not likely to rush back for the brunch at least.

Small indoors but very nice setting by the marina!

Tapas are very good size (too big actually), but frozen products which was a huge disappointment. We had chorizo sausage with potatoes and fried eggs (all good but potato very dry), chicken finger chips (nice for kids), fried calamari (loads but not fresh) and garlic prawns (very nice!). For mains we had seafood paella (a huge dish with not impressive seafood - mostly small and dried up) and seabass (we had to pay extra as it wasn’t included in the brunch menu of about 5 main courses besides pizzas) but did so due to very few choices.

Service very nice! We were the only ones inside the restaurant (with one group outside). We expressed our disappointment with the reasons why and although not seeking a discount we were kindly offered 15%, which was appreciated.

We never wish to be negative with reviews, but I can honestly say that whilst we’d at least never return for brunch, it still looks like a nice place for a drink within a lovely setting. I hope the owner (who lives in Spain) receives and uses feedback to improve - and if there was one thing we’d suggest - please reconsider the amount of deep fried and no...

Craving for Spaniard food, and with one of my favorite places in AD closed, I looked for an alternative. I found good reviews of Diablito and was hopeful. While food had good taste and service was acceptable; access, comfort, ambiance and value for money is really overrated. We ordered paella and a special of tapas with drink. The selection of tapas in the special was limited, which explains the AED 50 price tag . I was somewhat disappointed with the crab tapas, on the mushy side. The paella was good, hot, and with enough seafood. Yet the portion was enough for two spoonfuls per each of the three of us. Gambas al ajillo were fine, nice smoky flavor . Croquetas were delicate, but also a little on the mushy side. The small location overlooking the marina, could be romantic, but has poor AC and loud music, which in summer are not the best combination. I was happy with the service. The waitress was quite pleasant. The birthday dessert was delicious and the touch of celebration was well appreciated. It was a good alternative but I still miss my favorite Bravo's place in AD main island.

Located in Yas Marina with unbeatable views, Diablito is a Spanish restaurant that truly makes me feel at home. This time, I tried their business lunch and was extremely satisfied—great value for money and generous portions. I started with a burrata salad with tomato and pesto, which was absolutely delicious and refreshing. For the main course, I had a flavorful cuttlefish paella. To top it off, we were treated to some complimentary buñuelos from the house—an authentic taste of Spain! The indoor seating makes it enjoyable even during the summer, while the terrace is stunning in the cooler months. They also offer daily promotions—my favorite is Tuesdays, when all tapas are 50% off. Definitely not to be missed. The staff is polite and attentive. Areas for improvement: the chairs could be more comfortable, the paella could use a little less salt, and the garlic prawns would be better with less chili, as the heat slightly overpowers the flavor.
