Again and Again the service, staff attitude and politeness of this bar restaurant is getting worst.
Reception: 0 out of 10 no manner/rude Bartender Max: 0 out of 10 ( waited our drink for more than 30 minutes and we arrive first and he priorities his own nationality specifically the ladies from Kyrgyzstan/Kazakhstan. I know him but the attitude is change and the friendliness and politeness are gone. I recommend the african/filipino waiter are good they can handle pressure.

Experienced last December 3, 2022 New Arab Manager Outside (Ahmed) - 0 out of 100 we have a booking and my friends are already there inside but the thing is he never let me go inside because he said I was late and why I went outside, why I came back after 3 hours and to remind him still my friends are inside. I don't know his reason or his point and always telling in front of me or everybody outside only couple will be allowed to enter and what is the connection of me that I already have a booking under my name, I already inside before with my friends and I went outside and came back after 2 to 3 hours in LSB and still my friends are inside and we have table but still he don't want me to go in. Always the issue here is RACISM and again he let the white guys even no ladies to go in and he still can't managed the pressure and he become arrogant, the rudeness is 10 out of 10 and politeness is 0 out of 10. Just to remind him he need to control his self with posture and have decent customer service. I appreciate the African bouncer/security outside he already knows me and he knows I am regular customer, I am always present every weekend and they know I do have booking and he didn't bother to apologize me and he can't do because of this new Arabic Manager but still he want to explain to the Manager that I do have booking and my friends and my girl already inside but his response to his colleague are very unprofessional same response to the customer.
(it happen October 28, 2022) Manager outside Anton or Anthony(British) - 0 out of 10 still we experience discrimination and he didn't ask to bother us what our purpose if to dine in or drink and he immediately said they will allow only for couple and I told him we are regular customer and there is no rules or even posting in your social media that you will allow only for couple and he stop talking cause he can't give us proof and the thing is that night we want to eat only in the restaurant and the table are empty outside and he just judge us first because of our nationality. Take note they didn't allow us to go in but we saw they allow the two White Guys to go in. Other Ratings: Security outside (african) - is rude, judgemental, unprofessional, unpleasant and racist
Two Waitress outside in the entrance (arab girl not sure & african) - Unprofessional, rude, judgemental, unpleasant and racist.
Venue - okay 6 out of 10
Bartender & Waiter Service - The Filipino(s)(10outof10) very friendly, polite & very patient - Kazakhstan guy Max(6outof10) vey friendly and attentive - The African waiter Jeff(9outof10) is good but other african waiter(0outof10) they are not good it feels they are not happy to serve you.
DJ(music) - 5 out of 10 the music always repeating every week specially Friday & Saturday mostly same music. The DJ music is good if your first time in LSB Yas
Reservation - 0 out of 10 Even you have reservation still they are the one will choose the table base on how you look/appearance even you have a specific request prior to your reservation booking. In short, they filter by nationality/ethnicity.
General: they need more training how to become more professional, learn how to become pleasant, learn what is POLITE, learn what is Customer Service.
Compare to other LSB branch in Dubai is totally different.(3outof10)

My friends and I visited LSB with the intention of enjoying a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, our experience took a distressing turn due to a lack of appropriate action on the part of your staff. During our visit, an older individual who identified himself as a local began behaving inappropriately and making my friends and me uncomfortable. Despite our discomfort and attempts to bring the situation to the attention of your security personnel, there was a noticeable lack of intervention on their part. This individual continued to make unwanted advances, which included touching my friend, and his behavior escalated to the point where he even pushed me and broke my polaroid shade! I took the initiative to speak with the manager on duty, hoping that the situation would be swiftly addressed. However, I am disappointed to report that even after discussing the matter with the manager, no substantial action was taken to ensure our safety and well-being during our time at your club. As a group of young women, we had every expectation of being able to enjoy our evening without feeling threatened or unsafe. It is disheartening that our concerns were not taken seriously, and the lack of effective security response has left us with a feeling of disappointment and vulnerability. I implore you to take this matter seriously and to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident. It is crucial that your club provides a safe environment for all patrons, regardless of their gender. I hope to see prompt and effective action taken to address this issue, as well as measures put in place to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Like so many places here, they can’t be bothered to split a bill. Last time I was there they refused to allow a friend and I to use Entertainer while others used an Etihad discount. They actually split the bill at our request and then insisted on remaking the bill as a single bill to not allow us to use separate discounts. When I made a fuss, the manager insisted that it was the rule of all restaurants that only one discount can be used at a table, which is completely false, and he refused to acknowledge this. More than one discount on the same food/drink items, yes, but I’ve lived here for years and have regularly eaten out with friends and used various discount on our bills while sharing a table.
Update to original review. Another visit, and another bad experience, again with the bill. This time friends joined our table a couple hours after we had arrived and serving staff simply added their orders to our original bill. Not uncommon here, and wouldn’t have been such an issue if they’d bothered to take initiative not to mess that bill up by not asking what “free” drinks were being used in the roast dinner deal instead of just randomly allotting the discount at random. The result was that the couple who joined us has three “free” drinks and we had only one. Also, this wouldn’t have been that big a deal if the serving staff had not been completely incapable of understanding what they’d done and make the necessary changes to the bill.
