I'm beyond frustrated with the service of your branch at Addax Tower. Despite placing our orders early in the morning, there's always something wrong—whether it's our order being given to another customer, missing key items like sauces, or completely incorrect replacements. What makes it worse is that I've spoken to the manager several times about these issues, yet the mistakes keep happening. They claim staff rotations are the reason, but that's no excuse for the consistent errors. We've been loyal customers for almost a year, but this level of service is unacceptable. The Filipino staff, in particular, are constantly making excuses rather than fixing the problem. It's incredibly disappointing that nothing seems to improve, no matter how many times I address it.

The place looks new with welcoming staff and nice smile. We went for breakfast.

Display of assorted cakes looks nice but not so fresh. I like the combination of roses and chocolate as part of the shop theme. Didn't try any.

The coffee shop has a big skyline that gives you a nice feeling of space and natural light.

Service is quick. Coffee is not that good as it lacks deep taste. I saw they were having two roasts, one from Brazil the other is from Guatemala. One was dark the other was medium roast. I love coffee but was not impressed.

Croissant at 11.00 were running out. Croissant are brownish rather than golden, and though crispy are not the best indeed but also big in size. Zaatae flavour was not apparent.

The scrambled eggs portions are smaller than expected and has lots of coloration due to uneven doness.

The Salads were clean and delicious. Bread is also soft and tasty.
