I had such a steak-astic Dinner at @mpwsteakhousead they have newly launched Winesday Wednesday 😍 🍷🥩 Pairing Dinner A Four Course Dinner paired with Australian Wine Every Wednesday from 7pm- 10pm for Aed 265per person I got the opportunity to try some of their juicy tender steaks that were loaded with Flavours . Thanks to CHEF ANEESH for the delicious steak dinner 🍽️ We enjoyed : MARCO'S SHARING PLATTER That had Prawn Cocktails,Smoked Salmon ,Ceacer Salad,Heirloom Tomatoes,Caprese & Wheeler's Crispy Calamari 🤤the platter in large portion each and every item was worth a try ,fresh and good to taste . In STEAKS we Enjoyed 😋🥩
Certified Angus Beef T-Bone Steak 🥩 Was Season liberally with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper juicy, and well done.🤤🥩

USDA Prime Rib Eye 350G it was a scrumptious boneless Steak 🥩 that was sliced from the center of the premium prime Rib section 🤤👌 All steaks were served with Triple cooked chips,Garlic Grilled Mushrooms,Creamed Leaf Spinach & Tomato Confit. Sauce: Peppercorn,Mushroom & Bearnaise 🤤
Desserts 🍰🍫🧁 Mr Coulson's Sticky Toffee pudding 🍮 with hot butterscotch Sauce and Vanilla Icecream 🍦😍 was so mouthwatering 🤤 Highly recommend 🤤 Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with fresh Blueberry sauce was delectable and gorgeous looking cake 😋 Thanks to OUR SERVER NONI who was so knowledgeable about the food very professional, cheerful and hospitable. The ambiance of the restaurant is stunning ,the service is outstanding . Giving 2.5 points only because this place used to be amazing once upon a time. Today I could see that the standards have slipped down. Would have rated as 1 otherwise. We were 8 pax, all ordered rib eye. The cuts were completely different in thickness. Striploin arrived cold. Each time we had to wait 40min between each steaks... then we were told we’d have to wait 45 min for the T bone because “there are other orders first” okay fair enough you are busy... but manage the situation proactively - advise big table with 7 hungry men beforehand!!! Once we complained, t-bone arrived quickly. T-bone was ok, when we asked if we could take the bone home (for the dog), we were told it’s not allowed and given some really strange reason “because something might happen”... what exactly? Finally the manager explained that “promotional items cannot the removed / taken away, but if you ordered from the regular menu then you could take the bone away (really?? It’s the same bone!!!) “ ... we are talking about a naked piece of bone that’s been on our table for an hour... not a brand new order of steaks for takeaway... surely there is no profit loss there anymore is there? Just found the whole situation odd and extremely unpleasant. Service mistakes: removed bread plate & knife after the appetizers, service was not reactive (we had to top up our own wine & water). Never cleaned up the table when we were done with dinner (nor the table next to us which left over 1h ago). Brought new plates when old uncleaned plates were still on the table. Read moreDisappointed and frustrated with the poor service I experienced during my recent visit to Marco Pierre White Steakhouse in Abu Dhabi. As a loyal patron of MPW, I had high expectations for the quality of service, which regrettably were not met.
First and foremost, I must bring to your attention the inadequate service provided by your hostess, Sonu. She displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy that left a lasting negative impression. Her demeanour was far from welcoming, and she seemed disinterested in ensuring a positive dining experience for patrons.
Moreover, the constant disturbance caused by waiters from the bar, who were frequently entering and exiting the dining area due to a shared kitchen with the bar opposite the restaurant, greatly detracted from the ambiance and enjoyment of our meal. This disruption was not only disruptive but also unsightly, as it negatively impacted the overall atmosphere and created an unpleasant dining environment.
While I understand that the restaurant and bar share a kitchen space, I believe that proper management and coordination should be in place to minimize such disruptions and maintain the integrity of the dining experience. It is essential that your restaurant takes steps to improve the coordination and communication between the staff of both the restaurant and the bar to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for your guests.
As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to maintain the reputation of the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse as a premier dining destination...
