Nanbans Restaurant — Restaurant in Al Bustan

I recently visited Nanbans Restaurant with my family, including our 8-month-old baby, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

First and foremost, there was no air conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable on a hot day. They had an air cooler, but it was not working, providing no relief from the heat.

For families with young children, this place is not ideal. There was no separate high chair or any special arrangements for babies, which made the dining experience quite challenging for us.

The food, which is the heart of any restaurant experience, was mediocre at best. The taste was just okay, nothing special or memorable. In fact, our home-cooked meals taste better than the food we had at Nanbans.

Worst biryani ever had..chicken biryani was like tomato rice, mutton seeraha samba biryani was average.. Don't ever try their kaadai biryani which is horrible and expensive.. ( Of course boti, chicken lolly pop, falooda, chicken and mutton biryani were eatable.. The worst part is actually we came for ur biryani and reviewed that, not for the mentioned side dishes.. and that kaadai biryani was worst and over priced even we informed the waiter once it was served.. Worst ever service. They delivered several times before to our location and now suddenly they are charging some amount stating that the location is more than 5 kms so if u want come n pick or pay the service charge. They took the order and at the time delivery playing such cheap tactics. Took 1 hour to invent how to cheat the customers to earn some money. For this pricy and quality u can try several other tamilnadu hotels in ajman. Waste of time.
