I'm very thankful for the best service in this wonderful restaurant with cozy and friendly atmosphere! I had a pleasure to enjoy very delicious food of different types and so amazing service! Chefs are doing their work with love and care, cooking food you want to eat again and again! All staff is so nice and friendly! And I want to say huge thank you to waiter Nay, who is working here ❤️ he was always very happy to help me in any situation, finding a free table, serving or bringing something I would like to eat, gently informing me about important things and did very delicious cappuccino, manually) he should be a barista for sure) thanks to him I was always so comfortable while visiting the restaurant) and even I need a short chat or some answers - he was always there to give me the best attention) thank you so much, Nay!) and thanks to everyone who is working there! All the best ❤️ Highly recommend this wonderful place for visiting and enjoying food and time!

This restaurant is very very nice. Food is very tasty, especially I liked the chicken, it was very succulent. The breakfast was with very variety of food: pancakes, waffles, fruits, vegetables, salads, omelets, fried eggs, scrambled and so on. Different bakery. Also I want to say about the service- it was high level. All stuff is very polite. Always smile and ready to help, it’s lighten the mood actually. I want to say separate words about Deu, Kyi, Dheeroj, Tamana. They are so good and it was so pleasant to have the deal with them, they were so helpful, really appreciate it! And Chef - Sharad , he is just gorgeous. He manages all restaurant deals very well! Always talking with the guests and help with all questions. Thank you, hope to back here next time!!

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the experience. While the ambiance is pleasant and inviting, the overall dining experience fell short — especially given the steep price of 179 AED. Firstly, the dates maybe served from directly the tree which maybe the reason they were extremely dirty — a clear sign of poor preparation. The Lamb Ozi, arguably the highlight of the menu, was delicious but poorly managed. Instead of keeping it available for guests to enjoy, they continuously covered the dish, seemingly to discourage people from taking more. The fruit selection was equally disappointing — just one bowl with all the fruits mixed together, making it feel more like an afterthought than a proper offering. For the price charged, the variety and quality of food were simply not worth it. If you’re only visiting for the ambiance, it’s a nice spot. But if you’re expecting a satisfying dining experience, this place sadly doesn’t deliver.

A restaurant full of smiles and happy faces, that's impressive, shows excellent management. Robot service, impressive but will never replace Dicky, Pandy, momin and Vinay, they smile, attentive, ask if all was good, any improvement to be made. A service with a smile is like having your first coffee of the day. Good service, keep it up guys. Yet to try the seafood, however it has become a challenge to become a member Marriote Bonvoy which allows a discount, been trying to activate membership for last 2 day's but does not recognise profile created by the front desk. Will try again today just in case system was not in sync, if not will have to miss and try seafood outside.

really 5 star food. great variety of dishes. lobster is so tasty and prepared nicely. they have Thursday and Friday special seafood night. two beautiful live food stations: the pasta and the seafood, in addition to the main course. our host Saikiran is readily attending in addition to all the nice staff. he managed to get a chocolate birthday cake for my kid, although he wasn’t prepared for it (i just asked him for it and he made it done) my kid was so happy. also the chef Jerin deserves great thanks for his awesome food. highly recommended. 😋

Ms.Lyra and chef Sharath is just amazing…. Love their hospitality…. We celebrated my husbands bday at this restaurant…. We have booked the dinner for two however when they knew its his birthday they gave a small complimentary cake…. Made our day more happy and special, love the food at 4point Sheraton….. Special thanks to Ms.Lyra and Chef Sharath… for their wonderful assistance….. must visit and recommended…..!! Such staffs deserve the best….. Thankyou Lyra,chef Sharath….. and four points Sheraton.
