I recently had the pleasure of dining at a popular Greek restaurant in Dubai. My waitress, Shaesha, was an absolute delight. From the moment I entered the restaurant, Shaesha was warm and friendly, greeting me with a smile and making me feel right at home.

Throughout my meal, Shaesha was attentive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and answering any questions I had about the menu. Plus, she had a few excellent recommendations that made my dining experience even better.

But the real star of the show was the Angus ribeye itself. It was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was spot on. The portions were generous, and the presentation was stunning.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I have to credit Shaesha for going above and beyond to make it happen. She was a true asset to the restaurant and made me feel like I was truly valued as a customer. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Greek restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. I tried the Chicken Souvlaki, which was perfectly grilled and served with fresh, flavorful sides. The dessert selection was equally delightful, especially the Loukoumades, which were the perfect way to end the meal.

What really made the evening stand out, however, was the impeccable service. Shresha, our server, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Food was good. Atmosphere was great. Service was a very very bad experience. We had the unffortune of comming from another hotel working together with this restaurant. As soon as we said we came from another hotel, we were treated like second or third class citizens.

Food was almost trown on our table, we had to ask several time and wait till we almost finished the main course to get a bottle of water... that we had to pay 😀.. because hey, lets be a** till the end right? The waiter was very rude but clever enough to stay on the limits of being insultant To avoid a scene.

The seats were very dirty with very fresh stains of tomate sauce. Very unexpected from an overly staffed restaurant of a 5 star hotel on palmeira beach lol.

Overall, we would have been served far far better in a street food kebab than this "nice place".
