As investors and loyal guests of the hotel, we are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at the private beach, particularly because of the "Happy Hour" event. While the idea of such an event may be appealing, its execution was absolutely unacceptable and completely inconsistent with the hotel's standards.

The noise emanating from this event was simply unbearable and completely destroyed the peaceful atmosphere we have come to expect at the beach. It was not just unpleasant — it disrupted the normal conditions of relaxation that should be provided at such an establishment. We certainly did not expect such disorder in a place of this caliber.

However, what truly outraged us was the behavior of certain staff members. We will not point fingers at specific individuals, but their attitude was absolutely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, rudeness, and complete disregard for guest requests were intolerable for a hotel of this standing. We never expected to encounter such negligence from the staff, and this only deepened our disappointment.

We understand that organizational challenges may arise, but this does not excuse the poor level of service and the attitude towards guests. We demand that these issues be addressed immediately. Otherwise, we will be forced to reconsider our continued cooperation and involvement with the hotel. We expect that these comments will be heard and that the situation will be rectified as soon as possible.

We sincerely hope that our feedback will be received with attention and understanding. We value our long-term relationship with your hotel and genuinely wish for its continued growth and success.

With this, we find it necessary to conclude our message, counting on your understanding and appropriate action. We are confident that the hotel's management will take the...

Soluna was part of a package deal with received from ‘The First Group’. It gave us access to the place, a sun lounger near the beach which comes with a large umbrella. You will get access to the shower room, changing room, toilets, outside shower, outside foot shower. Everything is well taken care of and it is very clean. Staff are polite and the place has such a nice relaxing vibe. I loved sitting by the beach.

However, I do have one concern, the beach club is advertised as sustainable, infact on their website they state ‘ Sustainability is at the heart of our ethos’ and yet this has failed abysmally from the moment you’re welcomed in use their day facilities. You are required ( you can not refill your own ones) to purchase one of their reusable bottles and can on refill water IF you obtain this bottle at a steep cost of 40AED. I think it’s ridiculous to claim you’re sustainable and essentially force people to purchase a bottle upon entry if they need to hydrate. This adds to many bottles people probably already own, which let’s face it, based on the of design choice I wouldn’t be surprised if this ends up in a land fill.

Access to clean drinking water should be a human right, especially from a beach club that caters to what I can only assume is a relatively wealthy clientele, surely you can afford to provide this?

I came here for the day as I was affiliated with a sister hotel, and for $100 for the day they provided me with only a meal from one food truck, A.k.a. burger and fries, any other food I would have to buy, they say all you can drink but they make only very high calorie Cocktails with milk, nothing like a margarita or a dirty martini or anything. They also won’t deliver your drinks to your beach chairs if you opt for the Day package and they will only give you one drink at a time. When I sat down by the pool area to change the scenery from the beach and someone told me that the pool area chairs were only reserved for hotel guests. Definitely treated like a fifth class citizen. The only good side of this hotel was the spa, where they provided an excellent massage. Not worth your money, go somewhere else if you’re looking for somewhere to lay by the beach...

Soluna is a beach club on the palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The service was very fast and welcoming, they explained how the beach club worked and showed us all the different areas. The sunbeds were quite comfortable, and there are options both by the pool and the beach. It offers a stunning view over the Palm and the Marina. The food was great, I tried passion fruit drink and a sandwich and they both had good quality and taste. During the day there is different music, and at times is too loud. The only thing I dislikes was the amount of children, that should have a children area and not disturb other people that are enjoying the day. Except this, everything was average for the Palm Jumeirah standards. Concerning the price, is not too expensive considering the day passes that other hotels in the same area offer.
