Flight was last minute cancelled due to the bad weather. But neither this helicopter tour service provider or klook informed me through any method they could try like SMS, phone call, WhatsApp. Only information I received is through email by klook.

Service provider didn't expect I will appear the location. They quickly help me do the application and rush me on the last flight. Whole progress is like 5 minutes of rushing on the plane, without any safety emergency briefing before, after or on flight. I felt very unsatisfactied for this part as what if anything happens who gonna help me and what should I do? I don't know.

No any briefing before, after or during the process of the flight. So I don't know which iconic location I'm viewing right now.

Do they try to solve after I complained to klook? They did, they provided another free ride (the cheapest package) only. Due to my schedule, I already inform the team I'm full of schedule and my flight was on Saturday morning. The team still provided me morning flight at 9am. Which I felt the team quite less considerative and sincerity while in solving the issue.

5.after I back my country, klook and this Heli service provider has gone totally silence and my email was ignored . There's none a proper conclusion for my case.

We flew with Falcon Helicopter Tours on 5th October 2025 from Atlantis, The Palm, as part of a wedding gift, and it was truly an unforgettable experience!

When we arrived, we discovered the travel agent had accidentally booked the flight for the wrong day. Thankfully, Nirshad immediately stepped in to help. He contacted the reservations team, quickly resolved the issue, and ensured we could still take our flight — his professionalism and calm attitude really stood out and saved the day!

Once everything was sorted, Cherry took over and looked after us brilliantly. She guided us through a clear health and safety video briefing, provided life jackets, and escorted us to the boarding area. We had photos taken before and after the flight, which made lovely souvenirs.

The 20-minute helicopter ride itself was simply amazing — we saw The Palm Jumeirah, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Dubai Marina from a stunning aerial perspective. The pilot was skilled and made the journey smooth and enjoyable.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and full of excitement. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely wanted us to have a great time.
