New Review Dated August 2023: the new management is awful. They took away my water because they forgot to place it on the bill. Very cheap way of thinking. When they got it back he got the POS machine with him asking if I'll pay for the water now. What a shame my God!! Keep on mind two juices and two shishas with water is 200 aed which was paid minutes before they took away the water they forgot to charge for. Very cheap mentality and I'm never coming back here. Also the new staff seem clueless and jever smile, i was glad that only two staff from the previous owner remained the rest are not oriented. They lost a loyal customer.

Horrible service! We kept going there just because location and prices are fine, but it's unbearable anymore. To get drinks- takes forever. Shisha is good though. Yesterday's insident made it "never again" place. I asked waiter to make Fajita sandwich without chicken, he was like "No", I asked again explaining that I'm vegetarian and will pay same price, but want only vegetables in it, he continued "no, for vegetarian we have only pizza", i kept insisting that I want sadwich... they made it in the end of the day, but with a wrong bread, not like on photo. So then it took another 30 min to remake it. Our drinks came even later. Very bad attitude, poor level of english and understanding what customer wants.
