Gahwetna Cafe — Restaurant in Dubai

UPDATE: The new team they have hired are absolutely awful! Yet still the place is cozy and feasible, but unexpected acts from new joiners would make u think twice before going there.... I haven't visited Arabesque (the cafe besides Gahwetna) except after new joiners coming... and Yeah Arabesque have it all ! Piece of advice to management, be wise in your choices elsewise you gotta know what happened with the cafe (I forgot the name) which was beside Sul fiume-Sh.Zayed road... they forgot that customers have choices, and if you oblige them to choose... they would never come back to you... they shut down one year ago... Sul fiume got the unsatisfied customers from that shop due to poor staff as well as no place because of being fully occupied (I was one of them) and never came back again, why? Sul fiume is by far better and guess what, the quality every-time if not the same , better than before... and thats the name of the game guys...what you have, your competitors have, its a matter of customers experience at the end of the day... you don't offer something outstanding, no food menu... coffee? Shisha? Oh brilliant! Unless you rectify, you might suffer (I don't want to say "Shut down") but I have noticed that there are couple of cafes are going to be opened soon...

Why am I writing this in full details? Couple of months ago, one of the owners came to me and asked me about my feedback, at that time everything was cool. Since he respected me and asked me, then I have to show respect back and say whatever I have seen.

There are 6 other shisha cafes close by that has 10x better service.

All their waiters are frowning as if they are in a slave camp

They do not have an extension cord and if asked will say that they will look for one and come back 45mins later to say that they dont have one.

They do not have offer before 6pm for shisha while all other cafes has that as well.

Layali albarsha or arabesque is so much better in my opinion.

I do not have any bad intentions but i should admit i was upset with the service.

Additionally i did not refer to them as slaves but rather a metaphor to their frowning as they are in a bad mood.

Also i was there there before 6 and the waiter said there isn't an offer on Shisha, so i guess your staff doesn't have the correct information.

Lastly, the waiter said there wasn't any cord extension and i waited for over an hour for one.

I believe this this my first review on google, i'm not sure how to check, anyway I left the cafe with a bad taste in the...

I came today with a group of friends for the first time, we came for shisha some drinks and good cards time. The experience started from the parking, which was excellent, plenty of space available and without RTA meters (free parking). The place inside was very nice, seats are spacious and very comfortable... Surprisingly the cafe ventilation was excellent, while everyone inside was smoking, you hardly feel the smoke like most of other cafes. The menu had all types of cold/hot drinks, light sandwiches, salads, desserts & shishas... And prices are very reasonable! We had some cold/hot drinks, all was good specially the pistachio shake, it was awesome! Shisha was very good, late some times with fire... But overall very good! As for staff, they were very nice and friendly as well Generally, the place was excellent and highly recommend... I would give it a 5 stars if they have an outdoor area in such...
