Mahfel Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Dubai

My experience tonight so bad about the food and MANAGER.they bring new manager so unpolite whitout any respect.6 months before I put 5 star review because that time they have another Manager (Mr Shadan) he was best manager . Tonight I was in the resturant and the food not same before I talk to new manager and I complained about food , he told me he will go to kitchen and check and after he came back he answer me very bad. Then they bring for us new food and he was so angry why we complain about food and showing angry face to us and told try it. Then I went to cashier to payment they told me this kabab complementary. I told them I am not coming here for free food , you need to add this food also I will pay ,and I pay also for that .But it is better the owner teach new staff or manager for respect the guests and talking nicely. Or bring it some person they have experience as management and customer service.i am sure I will not go...

Atmosphere is really bad and worn out. When we entered nobody welcomed us. I went and talk to a guy told him I am here for buisness lunch. He said go upstairs. There also nobody welcomed us and the arabic servers were arguing with each other, especially that lady with violet hair. Then, the server guy took my order and he brought me spoon and fork in a very dirty tray and dirty paper. When I told him, he said yea we changed this paper everyday!!!! Whaaatt?? How disgustingly unhygienic is this? Then for the buisness lunch deal they didn’t bring me soup and when I asked, he said oh I will bring now! And then after 10mins I asked again and the girl told me oh soup is finished!! Imagine this was 2:30 pm and there were less than 10 people in the restaurant! Also their butter was finished so they didn’t have the small butters!!!! And they advertise that their buisness lunch is till 5pm, lol, it was my first and last time,...

Mahfel Resturant is conveniently located at Al Barsha 3 with plenty of space available for parking. Amazing Ambiance, great Food and hospitable staff which make Mahfel and awesome choice to enjoy an evening with your loved ones. For starters we order Hot and Cold Mezza Platter and every single item was scrumptious, the best Kibbeh and warq Enab in town. Our mains were Arabic Barbecue platter and mutton chops, the barbecue was made to perfection, perfect blend of spice and melt in the mouth kind of texture. Mutton chops were the show stopper.
