Great location, nice ambience albeit very smoky. Customer service is good and you're greeted with a smile. The staff tend to upsell heavily by adding bottles of water and cups without being asked.

The shisha is decent. The coal replacement is good however the guys may overload the shisha with coal causing it to burn too quickly.

I became a regular customer, I go there on a daily basis. Nice place to hang out with friends or to have meetings on working days. The best service team with great hospitality, their fresh beverages are amazing, perfect Shisha flavors. If you like to watch Football games with shisha then I strongly recommend this place for you.

Average amongst its peers, Shisha is good, but ambiance needs a little work, something is missing, may be the layout of tables, or lighting or placing of the screens .. the streaming on screens is delayed and screens are not in sync, once I was able to watch live replay of a football match 😁.
