Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Dubai

Visited Baskin Robbins at Circle Mall, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The flavors were quite basic, nothing unique or exciting—just standard ice cream with their brand name on it. For the price, I expected richer and more distinctive flavors, but it felt pretty average. The service was fine, and the place was clean, but the ice cream itself didn’t stand out. It was only one person at the counter and he had to handle everything from taking order ,serving ,billing and adding to that there was constant online order to handover to the already waiting delivery guys. The two stars are because I felt really bad for the employee since people were waiting and he was struggling. Hope somebody in the higher management will care...

They put 2 old chorizo sticks in the microwave then on my ice cream. This was really a bad experience. The guy was not serving the guests and we had to wait a long time because it was for him more important to answer to the management who was contacting him all the time.
