Maxzi The Good Food Shop - Circle Mall — Restaurant in Dubai

It was my first time dining at the Maxzi Circle Mall branch, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was inviting, and the atmosphere made us feel comfortable right away.

One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Janice. She went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Janice was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to recommend the best dishes, which truly made a difference. We really appreciated her guidance and cheerful attitude throughout our meal.

We decided to try the restaurant’s recommended drinks—the melon and strawberry best sellers—and they were simply amazing! Both beverages were incredibly fresh and flavorful, a perfect way to start our meal.

As for the food, we ordered the chicken and beef dishes, and we could instantly tell that they were made fresh. The quality and taste were outstanding, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was satisfying and left us wanting more.

Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service at Maxzi Circle Mall branch. The combination of delicious dishes and outstanding customer service truly made our first visit unforgettable. To be honest, I just sat down to rest. And I didn't really want to go to this restaurant. A waiter ran up to us, and I asked him to sit for a minute, to which I received explicit consent.

After a few minutes, my family asked for dinner somewhere. I chose not to move :)

Robert came back again to us and took order.

My mom always takes a long time to choose, and it often pisses off the waiters. But they treated us with respect and didn't rush us. Moreover, they did not show frustration.

So we order some drinks with steak, cheeck and mash, and chicken with pasta.

Actually, that was on of the greatest dinners. Too big portions, everything is fresh, drinks are tasty. In particular, Robert love his clients. Thank you for that.

Australian ribeye was a perfect!! 10 of 10 Cheeck and mesh - great stew meat, nice mesh. Chicken with pasta — 11/10. Huge chicken we cant handle it :)

Had been visiting regularly as food and staff was great however a bit disappointing how we were treated just because we asked to re-cook the stir fried noodles that we tried the first time (as trying to explore their menu) since it’s very salty and saucy for our liking! Note that we’re not asking for any refund nor new meal but just to do something about it as it would be a waste if we cant even eat what we ordered. Staff (Don) who’s wasnt even empathetic at all has just given us two options, which is to give us vinegar for the same or to cook a new meal again in which you can through him that he’s unhappy that he’ll do it for us. When its time to settle the bill, two orders of the noodles was in it and had to approach him as to waive the other one. What a disappointment!
